Greer Dewdney

I gained my undergraduate degree from the University of Sheffield Archaeology Department; my course included a year in employment experience. During this I catalogued the charnel remains in the crypt of St Bride’s Church, Fleet Street for the Centre for Human Bioarchaeology and processed post-excavation material from commercial excavations for pre-construct archaeology.

My final year dissertation focussed on the examination of juvenile skeletal remains, and I intend to pursue osteology and funerary archaeology through my career. My current position is as Graduate Intern on the Rothwell Charnel Chapel Project, facilitating the many components of the wider research endeavour.
